Medical Records Analyst (Professional Clients)
We are a professional provider of medical record pagination and collation services for high value Clinical Negligence and Serious Personal Injury cases.
When we receive digital records either from the instructing party or the healthcare provider, the records are then sorted into specific sections and in chronological order. The prepared records are then paginated to run consecutively into a coherent and easy to use bundle. A comprehensive index is prepared to accompany the paginated medical records.
The Analysis of records involves:
- The Collation of medical records into chronological order, removal of Duplicates.
- Noting pertinent missing records at the earliest opportunity and requesting them from the Trust.
- Pagination of every page of medical record .A detailed index of events for ease of reference.
- A schedule of radiology from disk.
- Electronic copies – All complete files can be sent on disc or electronically in accordance with GDPR regulations, and will be completed and returned within 21 days from receipt of the instruction.
- A detailed chronology can be produced with key events including, the clients medical history time lined, factual details regarding the claim and surrounding current ongoing issues/concerns. Missing records after detailed review. Recommendations of medical experts.

A McKenzie Friend assists a litigant in person in a court of law in England and Wales. (Family or County Court) This person does not need to be legally qualified. The crucial point is that 'litigants in person' are entitled to have assistance, lay or professional, unless there are exceptional circumstances. A 'lay person' is one who is not a member of the regulated legal profession.

We will undertake locus visits and make detailed examinations of the scene of the accident. As part of a collision investigation, we will:
