Debt Recovery
At the initial stage, to review all documentary evidence, discuss the matter and provide guidance and assistance with drafting a compliant Pre-Action Protocol Letter of Claim, our charge for this service is £250.00 (subject to the extent of the documents and nature of the dispute).
Thereafter, our hourly rates for single debts to be recovered are £90.00. The amount charged to recover your debt will depend upon the amount of time spent. As an example, for Stage One, the fee is likely to be no more than one hour of work at the above hourly rate. To progress to the end of Stage Two and secure a judgment in an uncontested matter, the additional fee is likely to be no more than three hours of work at the above hourly rate; however, we cap this to £250.00.
After the issue of proceedings, the debtor may dispute the claim and make a counter claim, at which point, we will provide you with guidance and thus additional fees would be applicable based on our hourly rate structure.
Court fees are also determined by the value of your claim and are currently set at:

Up to £300 - £35.00
£300 to £500 - £50.00
£500 to £1,000 - £70.00
£1,000 to £1,500 - £80.00
£1,500 to £3,000 - £115.00
£3,000 to £5,000 - £205.00
£5,000 to £10,000 - £455.00
£10,000 and above - 5% of claim value
Medical Records Analyst - Professional Clients
The estimated costs are calculated based upon average records of up to 2,500 pages at the Standard Rate of £50 per/hour:
Sort/Collate/Paginate/Index: 22-24 (hrs)
Memorandum: 1-2 (hrs)
Radiology: TBC (hrs)
Chronology 15-18 (hrs)
Total Hours Estimated: 40-45 (hrs)
Total cost estimate: £2,000.00 - £2,250.00
A thorough and detailed chronology of the issues within the case is prepared according to your instructions and/or requirement. All pertinent medical issues are identified and presented as a cross-referenced timeline of events in chronological order. A memorandum is provided that identifies any missing/illegible records and any issues salient to the case will be identified.
We are able to offer a Fixed Fee Service whereby we will review any Expert Witness Report(s) and prepare an Audit Report (from as little as £250.00 per report).
Medical Records Analyst - Personal Clients
We are able to offer a Fixed Fee Services whereby we would assist in completing the initial application to the Department of Work & Pensions, along with a summary of the records and attandance at the Assessment from as little as £350.00 per person.

Non-Molestation/Occupation Orders – £120.00
First attempt at service will be made within 24hours. Includes two further follow-up attempts (when required). We also serve the local police station and provide (CAD Reference)
Same day Process Server UK – £150.00
Attempt at service will be made on the same day of instruction. Includes three visits to an address (if required) and a statement of service. Statement of service shall be provided within 24hours of service.
Express Process Server UK – £170.00
Service will be attempted within three hours. If required, a further two visits will be made within 48 hours. A full statement of service will be provided within 24 hours.
